Hi Akshay, thanks for reaching out.

Sorry to hear you're having issues. Did you get anywhere with this? No worries if not, could you send us the link to the project in ZapWorks so we can test it ourselves? Thanks

I already sent it in ZapWork forum & contact us page but not heard back yet.

    Hey @Akshay

A 404 error is usually an indication that your index.html file cannot be accessed by the server. Please make sure that your index.html is in the root of the uploaded folder.

To do this, enter the root folder where the index.html is, select everything, and then right-click and compress to zip to ensure it zips correctly.

You can find out more information about publishing to my.zap.works Universal AR projects here. We also have a video tutorial series which goes over this process here.

If you continue to have errors despite the index.html being clearly visible/in the correct place, (and you haven't already) you could try using the ZapWorks CLI Tool to publish your build folder. Again, the tutorial video will take you step-by-step through this process.

If you are using a webpack implementation, please ensure that your webpack rules are set up correctly. You can have a look at our Example Project Library or bootstrap projects to see how we do this, though you may have your own custom rules. For more information about webpack, click here.
